Another Indian student lost his life in America! 26-year-old Aditya Adlakha died in a shooting incident in a car in Ohio.
Aditya from Delhi went to America a few years ago for medical education. He is currently a 4th year student in the Molecular and Developmental Biology program at the University of Cincinnati Medical School.
On the 9th of this month, gunshots were heard in the Western Hills Viaduct area at 6:20 am . The police went there and saw a crashed car. Aditya was identified in it. He was shot. But the police found that he was still alive. Aditya was immediately taken to the UC Medical Center. Aditya, who was in ICU for two days, died later.
As part of the investigation, the police revealed some things. It is said that the assailants attacked the vehicle Aditya was driving several times. He said that 3 bullet holes were found on the window on the side of the driver’s seat.
Who shot at Aditya? Why did this work? The details are not known. The police said that the investigation is ongoing.
Aditya received his degree in Geology from Ramjas College of University in Delhi in 2018. He completed his Masters from AIIMS in 2020. He went to America for his studies and lost his life.
The university where Aditya is currently studying has expressed shock over this incident. Deepest condolences to the family members.
