303 Indians stranded in France have been cleared for departure. Their flight was allowed to leave France on Monday, local officials said. But will the flight go to Nicaragua as per the previous schedule? Or will it come to India? There is no clarity on that. It is known that on Thursday, the French authorities stopped the flight carrying Indians on suspicion of human smuggling. A Legend Air Lines flight carrying Indians from Dubai to Nicaragua was intercepted by authorities when it landed at Vatry airport in France for refuelling.

Meanwhile, passengers were questioned at the airport for two days. Arrangements were made at the airport for the investigation. Court staff, translators and lawyers are made available. An inquiry was conducted on Sunday and full permission was issued for travel.

Meanwhile, 11 children among the passengers were found to be traveling alone. Another 10 have appealed for asylum in France. Meanwhile, the local bar association told the media that the plane is likely to reach India, although it is not clear where it is going.
