It earned Rs. 50 crores with advance bookings before the release. It is believed that this film is sure to collect huge collections as there are consecutive holidays. And news related to the OTT rights of this movie is going viral on social media. It seems that a huge OTT deal has been offered for this movie. The famous OTT company ‘Pathan’ has offered Rs.100 crores for the digital rights. It seems that the makers have finalized the deal after offering such an amount.
But there is no clarity on when this movie will be released in OTT. It is said that the OTT release will be three months after the release of the movie. That means there is a chance that ‘Pathan’ will appear on the digital screen in April. This movie was released in 7700 screens worldwide. It was released in 5200 screens in India and 2500 screens overseas.
On the first day, this movie earned Rs. 67 crores in the Indian market. It earned Rs.35 crores abroad. That means it collected more than Rs.100 crores on the first day itself. The movie ‘KGF 2’ created a record with Rs.53 crores on the first day. Now ‘Pathan’ has broken that record.
