In December 2020, Ranbir Kapoor told film journalist that he and Alia Bhatt would have been married if there had been no Coronavirus pandemic. Now, in an interview, Alia agrees and adds that she is already married to Ranbir Kapoor in her head.
When she was asked about the wedding rumors that keep coming in, the actress revealed that the rumors have become like ‘boy who cried wolf’ and that when she actually gets married to Ranbir Kapoor, no one will believe and it will be ‘good’ for her.
The Kalank actress added ,”Whoever is spreading these rumors, has become like the boy who cried wolf. They are crying wolf so often that actually when I am supposedly getting married, the people will think it’s a rumor and it will be great for me because no one will know.” Alia Bhatt further said that she is already married to Ranbir Kapoor.
On the work front, all eyes are on her upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi, which is helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The movie also has Tanhaji fame Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz and Seema Pahwa. It will release on 25th February, 2022. She will also be seen playing the female lead in SS Rajamouli’ RRR.
