If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, once again Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna will be seen working with Vijay Deverakonda in the upcoming much hype movie Liger which is helmed by Puri Jagannadh of Temper and Pokiri fame. The reports are coming that Rashmika Mandanna will shake a leg for a special song with Vijay Deverakonda in Liger which is bankrolled by Karan Johar, Puri Jagannadh himself and Charmee Kaur.
It is known that in the past both Vijay and Rashmika have worked together in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade and once again they are going to team up.
Liger is based on the story of an underdog, who rises as an MMA fighter. In association with Puri Connects, the Pan India sport based action drama is being produced jointly by Bollywood’s leading production house Dharma Productions. Vishnu Sarma is handling the cinematography department, while Kecha from Thailand is the stunt director.
Ananya Panday is playing the love interest of Vijay Deverakonda in Liger which is being made in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. It will arrive at the theaters on 25th August 2022.
On the otherside, soon Rashmika will join the sets of her Telugu film Pushpa: the Rule.
