Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan celebrated his 56th birthday on Sunday and took to Twitter and Instagram to announce that he is quitting social media. PK actor also thanked his fans and the followers for their love and support. Dil actor Aamir Khan shared his ‘last social media post’ a day after his birthday.
Aamir Khan wrote on his microblogging page, “Thank you so much for all the love and warmth on my birthday. My heart is full. In other news, this is going to be my last post on the social media. I am so active anyway I have decided to drop the pretence. We will continue to communicate to each other as we did before.”
Aamir Khan was last seen playing the lead role in Thugs of Hindostan which also starred Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B. But the movie Thugs of Hindostan was a disaster at the box office. He is currently awaiting the release of Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of Hollywood classic Forrest Gump which also has Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in the role of cameo and it also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan as the leading lady.
Apart from acting in the movies, Aamir Khan is also a producer as he backed few movies- Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par and Dangal, under his stable Aamir Khan Productions.
