The pre-release event of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan starrer social drama Acharya was held on 23rd April at Yousufguda Police Grounds, Hyderabad. The pre release event was attended by several prominent producers and directors from the film industry. The movie helmed by Koratala Siva is gearing up for the grand release on 29th April. Currently Ram Charan and the team of Acharya are busy in the promotional activities. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan starrer Acharya will follow the footsteps of KGF 2 in terms of ticket prices.
The reports are coming that in Telangana, the ticket prices of Acharya will be Rs 212 and Rs 354 for single screens and multiplexes, respectively. Meanwhile, in Andhra Pradesh the prices will be Rs 206 and Rs 236 for single screens and multiplexes, respectively. The governments of AP and Telangana need to approve the ticket prices.
Acharya which has Pooja Hegde in the female lead is produced by Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company whereas Mani Sharma composed the music.
On the otherside, currently Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Khaidi No 150 fame Chiranjeevi has number of big budget projects in pipelines including Bholaa Shankar and Godfather.
