Radhika Apte starrer Parched, directed by Leena Yadav and backed by Ajay Devgan , was premiered at the Special Presentations section of the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival. In India, the movie was released on 23 September 2016.
It was a critically acclaimed film that also stars Adil Hussain, who was seen opposite Radhika Apte. The film Parched which received rave reviews in India, had also grabbed headlines after an intimate scene was leaked on the internet.
Recently during an interview, Adil Hussain opened up about the lovemaking scene and what happened before the shot. The actor said that his co-star Radhika Apte was committed to the art. He revealed that his wife did not have any issues with the intimate scene either as she respects his profession. While sharing details about their bold, n*de and intimate scene Adil Hussain added, “I was almost n*ked in that scene. I have no issues with such n*de scenes.”
Adil Hussain also talked about the conversation the two had before the shoot of the intimate scene, he revealed that he asked Radhika Apte, “What about your boyfriend?” to which Kabali girl replied that she was married. Later the actress asked him, “What about your wife?” Adil Husaain said to her, “no problems”.
