Kollywood star Karthi is going to be seen next in a spy action thriller, titled Sardar. The film is set for its theatrical release during the Diwali season. It is directed by PS Mithran and S. Lakshman Kumar bankrolled it under the Prince Pictures banner.
It is announced recently that Karthi will be lending his voice for the first single of the film. The song comes under the folk genre, composed by G.V.Prakash Kumar. It will be released soon by the makers as part of the film’s promotions. Raashi Khanna is the leading lady alongside Karthi.
The film showcases Karthi in a dual role and its plot is a blend of more thrilling and fun aspects that grab attention of the viewers. In Telugu states, the film will be released by Annapurna Studios, which is being run by Nagarjuna. It has an ensemble cast that includes Laila, Munishkanth, Murali Sharma, Chunky Panday and Rajisha Vijayan.
