The much awaited trailer of Om Raut ’s upcoming magnum opus Adipurush was unveiled yesterday. After a preview screening in Hyderabad, 3 minute and 19 seconds long clip was released on the internet yesterday. Prabhas will be seen in the role of Ram while Kriti Sanan will be seen in the role of Janaki. The already released motion posters and teasers have received huge response from fans. The newly released trailer is impressive. The trailer started with Hanuman saying that this is my Rama’s story . He was born as a man and became God. His life is a proof of righteousness. His name is Raghava and there is a voice over in the trailer. The story begins by saying that the story of Raghav is the Ramayana. After that the scene of Ravana was shown. Rama’s arrival, Ayodhya’s introduction continued like this and finally the trailer ended with the battle shots of Rama and Ravana.
The trailer looks like a visual wonder. Prabhas fans seems that the time has come to raise the collar. All the negativity that came with the teaser goes away with the trailer. The visuals in the trailer are good. Fans are happy about Prabhas looks. The last shot of the trailer is good. The shot of Ravana performing puja in front of Shiva Lingam is superb. With the trailer, the expectations of the movie have increased hugely.
Om Raut is directing this movie which is based on the story of Ramayana.
Many people are commenting that they are reminded of the movie Planet of the Apes when they see the characters in it.
