Adivi Sesh whose 2022 movies Major and HIT 2 were hit at the box office, is now coming up with G2. It is a sequel to the 2018 Telugu spy thriller Goodachari which revolved around a young spy who gets falsely framed in a case. G2’ story is written by Adivi Sesh and the upcoming film marks the directorial debut of Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, who edited the blockbuster drama Major. The movie Goodachari was directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. Now according to the latest report, the shoot of G2 starring Adivi Sesh will commence from today.

While Goodachari’s story was set in India, G2 will go international. The movie is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal who is best known for bankrolling superhit movies The Kashmir Files, Karthikeya 2 and Major.
October actress Banita Sandhu, who also played the female lead in Tamil version of Arjun Reddy, titled Adithya Varma, is playing the female lead in G2 and the movie marks her Tollywood and pan-Indian debut.
