With the rise in digital media, the competition between the OTT platforms is just spicing up. Today, exclusive Telugu OTT platform Aha has given direct punch to Netflix, the OTT giant. Netflix, yesterday has started promoting their first Telugu original.
They asked its subscribers to brush their Telugu language skills before launching their direct Telugu original Pitta Kathalu. Four directors Nandini Reddy, Sankalp Reddy, Tharun Bhascker, and Nag Ashwin have directed four different short stories for Pitta Kathalu.
Aha has given counter to Amazon Prime. They have said that in Aha they have numerous Telugu originals but they are not boasting about it. This punch has been on a lighter note. However, Netflix hasn’t replied to this counter yet.
Aha is exclusive for the Telugu people. It is increasing its subscriber base.
