Bollywood top heroine Alia Bhatt bought a new house in Polly Hill area of Bandra for Rs 37.80 crore. It has an area of 2,497 square feet. This house is close to Kapoor’s bungalow. The agreement regarding this house was done on 10th of this month. Regarding the purchase, she paid Rs 2.26 crores in stamp duty. On the other hand, on the same day, she gifted her two flats to her sister Shaheen. The value of these is Rs. 7.68 crores. One of these flats has an area of 1,197 sq.ft while the other flat has an area of 889.75 sq.ft. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married on April 14 last year. When a daughter was born to them, she was named Raha Kapoor.

The apartments, which are worth Rs 7.68 cr, are located in Gigi Apartments in AB Nair Road Juhu, Mumbai. It is reported that the first house is spread across 1,197 sq ft and 2nd flat is 889.75 sq ft.
