In SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is paired with Mega Power Star Ram Charan and she is essaying the role of Sita. The project, which also stars Jr NTR, Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran, marks the actress Telugu and southern debut.
Ram Charan is playing Alluri Seetharaama Raju in RRR which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya. Apparently, Alia Bhatt’ character presence in RRR will be 15 minutes but her character will be a mighty important one.
The sources close to the makers of RRR revealed that Alia Bhatt will be coming in at a crucial juncture in RRR and will take the narrative to a whole new level. There is also a special emotional sequence featuring Alia Bhatt which is said to be one of the major highlights of RRR.
Earlier during an interview, Alia Bhatt had shared her working experience with Rajamouli and had said: “Shooting for this film RRR was a very different experience for me because along with Hindi, I also had to shoot in Telugu, which is a language I don’t know. To be helmed by Rajamouli sir, and to work with these extremely talented and larger than life actors Jr NTR and Ram Charan.”
