It is all about the story of Panja Abhiram (played by Sai Dharam Tej) is a youngster who wants to change the political system from the inside out. Sai Dharam Tej starrer political drama Republic is helmed by Deva Katta, and is bankrolled by Bhagawan and Pulla Rao under the banner of JB Entertainments banner whereas Mani Sharma is rendering the tune. M Sukumar is the cinematographer and KL Praveen is the editor. The movie also has Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Subbaraj and Rahul Ramakrishna in supporting roles. Ramya Krishnan is playing a crooked politician.
This time once again Deva Katta has written another thought-provoking story. He was confident that the film would keep the audience hooked.
