He got a reputation as a minimum guarantee hero. But the same comedy genre that made him a star also had a negative impact on his career. Allari Naresh said, “Smoke machines were used in a fight shot in the forest. In addition to that, the director said that he should come smoking a cigarette. For that episode, Allari Naresh smoked around five hundred cigarettes in four days. His health was damaged due to cough and fever.
