Director Razesh Danda constructs the story of a rebellious set of characters pitted against the insensitive, corrupt system. Allari Naresh, who is an election officer on duty, starts out as humane face of system. He starts sympathizing with oppressed and there happens a switch.
Interestingly, the entire unit of the film Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam, including actor Allari Naresh, chose to release the trailer at Maredumilli, a scenic village in the Alluri Sitarama Raju district of Andhra Pradesh.
Sampath Raj and Raghu Babu are playing the negative roles in this film which also has Anandhi, Shritej, Vennela Kishore and Praveen in the supporting roles. Sricharan Pakala is the music director and Raam Reddy is the cinematographer.
