The 10th SIIMA Awards took place in Bangalore. Several Southern film stars took part in the event. Allu Arjun starrer rural drama Pushpa: The Rise directed by Sukumar won big in the announced list of winners for the year 2022. The film has won all the top categories such as Best Film, Best Actor in the Leading Role, Best Director, and Best Music director among several others. Pushpa: The Rise was a sensational hit at the box office.
The powerhouse performance of Allu Arjun, Pooja Hegde and Fahadh Faasil, fabulous music and Sukumar’s brilliance are the major highlights of this actioner. We have already reported that Pushpa has bagged 7 awards at SIIMA 2022. Allu Arjun, Sukumar, Jagadeesh, Devi Sri Prasad and producers recreated the iconic ‘Taggedhe le’ gesture at the stage and the pic of the same is now going viral on social media.
Mythri Movie Makers’ another production Uppena starring Vaishnav Tej and Krithi Shetty also bagged four awards at SIIMA.
Now all eyes are on Pushpa: The Rule. The movie has been launched recently with pooja ceremony and All Arjun is expected to join the sets very soon. Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead in this action drama.
