Story: Ranvijay Singh Balbir (Ranbir Kapoor) is mad in love of his father Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor). However, Balbir Singh is a busy businessman. He runs India’s largest Swastik Steel Factory. He cannot spend much time with his son in his busy life. Due to some incidents in this sequence, the distance between Ranvijay Singh and Balbir Singh increases. So, he sends his son to a boarding school. Amidst some dramatic developments, Ranvijay Singh falls in love with Geetanjali (Rashmika), marries her and leaves for the US. However, after learning about the assassination attempt on Balbir, he returns to India. Who wants to kill Balbir Singh? How will Ranvijay take revenge on his father’s enemies? What difficulties does he face for that? What happens in the end? To get these answers, one should watch the movie Animal on Silver screen.

Performance: Ranbir Kapoor acts in different variations according to his character. His body language is awesome. He acts very well in action and flashback sequences. He is the highlight of this movie not only with his performance but also with his looks. Anil Kapoor’s performance as father in another key role is impressive. The emotional drama between father and son is also good. Bobby Deol, who appears in another key role in the second half, also looks very wild. Rashmika Mandanna looks cute on the screen. She performs well in the heavy emotional scenes. Another heroine Trupti Dimri’s performance is good. She adds glamour to the movie with the b…ld scenes. Charu Shankar, Shakti Kapoor and Bablu Prithvi Raj perform well in their respective roles.
Technical: There is no strong story in this movie. It is about a son who is mad in the love of his father. Action episodes and emotional scenes written by director Sandeep Reddy are good. The background score is good. Cinematography is good. Most of the scenes in the movie have been shot very beautifully. When it comes to editing, there are some stretched scenes here and there, which should be reduced. The runtime is long. The producers made this film without any compromise. The production values are very good. The Telugu dubbing of the film is extraordinary.
Analysis: Sandeep Reddy Vanga has failed at some places in writing a particularly interesting story. Moreover, Sandeep Reddy also directed this film with regular play like his previous movies. Except for the climax, the rest of the story failed to increase curiosity. Ranbir Kapoor’s performance, wild action scenes, bold elements, heavy emotions and the climax are good in Animal which is a high voltage intensive action drama. Overall this film will appeal to action lovers and Ranbir fans only.
