Venky Review: #Animal Decent 1st Half! Though it feels lengthy at times, the film is engaging for the most part so far barring a few sequences. Ranbirs characterization works well even though there are similarities to AR. Interval action sequence is terrific!!. Sets up well for the 2nd half! Length is the biggest culprit for the film and could definitely use some trimming. The bold and rebellistic approach that Sandeep Reddy Vanga likes to take feels more forced than organic in this once hence it doesn’t hit as hard as Arjun Reddy. Despite the flaws, Animal still offers a unique experience that can be given a try #Animal#Animal An intense action drama that had a pretty engaging first half but goes on endlessly in the second half till the well made climax. Length is the biggest drawback. Some of the film works very well but the other parts fall flat. Ranbir’s terrific performance holds this one together. Ends up being an alright one-time watch. Rating: 2.75/5
