A few days ago, Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi received the Padma Vibhushan Award, one of only 5 individuals to be recognized with this 2nd highest civilian honour this year for outstanding and distinguished service. Chiranjeevi’s family hosted a celebration party at the farmhouse and on the occasion, Chiranjeevi’s mother Smt. Anjana Devi responded to the achievement of her elder son Chiranjeevi and she expressed her utmost happiness upon it.
When Anjana Devi was asked how she felt when she first came to know that her son Chiranjeevi was conferred with Padma Vibhushan, she said she got so excited. She did not know what she said or what she ate on that day.
Anjana Devi Garu revealed that she came to know about this good news in the night but she did not realize it immediately later she hugged him immediately. Anjana Devi added that she knew her son would one day receive Padma Visbhushan for his great work.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi will play the role of a man named Dorababu in his next project ‘Vishwambhara’, which is helmed by Vassishta and has the music by MM Keeravani. The socio fantasy drama is said to be made with a budget of Rs 150 cr to Rs 200 cr.
