The film is a true story of how a street gang in Mumbai, headed by crime kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, rose to become the World’ most dangerous criminal organization. According to RGV, the film D Company is not a biopic of just Dawood, but that of the entire ‘D Company’. Now Ram Gopal Varma is roping Apsara Rani in D Company for shaking a leg for an item song. This news is confirmed by Ram Gopal Varma himself on Twitter by sharing a pic of him with Apsara Rani, and he said, “Aey Mr.Dawood Ibrahim , Humare film me humari Angel Queen Apsara Rani ke item song dekhne ke baad aapke D Company ka dance Khatham!!!”
It is known news that Apsara Rani’s ‘Bhoom Badhal’ song in Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan starrer action drama Krack brought her a lot of craze.
Following his previous movie Company, which released in the year 2002, Ram Gopal Varma titled the upcoming movie D Company, which is based on the Mumbai based D Company, headed by Dawood Ibrahim. Along with Dawood Ibrahim, the upcoming film will also feature the tales of other gangsters who survived under the roof of D Company.
