On the occasion of Dussehra festival, special buses are run in Vijayawada under the auspices of APSRTC. Special buses will be run to Vijayawada from places like Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Rajahmundry and Visakhapatnam.
APS RTC is running special buses from many places to Vijayawada in celebration of Dussehra festival journeys. RTC took this decision keeping in mind the people of AP staying in Hyderabad.
These will be in addition to the 355 buses currently plying daily from Hyderabad to various parts of Andhra Pradesh. These buses will be available from 18th to 23rd of this month.
Keeping in view the Dussehra journeys, APS RTC is running special buses from October 13 to many areas without extra charge.
The management of RTC has announced that there will be no additional charges in the special services of APS RTC on the occasion of Dussehra festival. From October 13 to 26, special services are being run to many areas.
RTC has announced that it will run special buses from Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore to Vijayawada. A thousand buses have been arranged from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Amalapuram, Rajamahendravaram, Tirupati, Bhadrachalam and Rayalaseema.
On October 13, 6 special services will be run from Rajahmundry, 10 from Visakhapatnam, one from Bangalore, 3 from Chennai and 18 from other places to Vijayawada. It has been announced that the number of buses will be gradually increased from October 18.
Special arrangements are being made at Vijayawada Bus Terminal to control special buses. A 10 percent discount is given to passengers if they buy a ticket for both the journeys at the same time.
