A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued against KA Paul in murder case. According to the latest update, Mahbubnagar court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Praja Shanti Party President KA Paul pertaining to his brother David Raju’ murder case.
Praja Shanti Party President KA Paul was one of the accused in this murder case. In spite of the court’s direction earlier, KA Paul has not attended court on Monday whereas the other accused in this murder have attended the case hearing. So, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against accused Christian Evangelist KA Paul.
The famous evangelist KA Paul and his party Praja Shanti Party have not yet commented on this issue. More details are yet to be known.
David Raju was found murdered in suspicious circumstances in a stationary car parked on the roadside at Kommireddypalli village in Addakula mandal of Mahbubnagar district in February 2010.
According to the prosecutor, If Praja Shanti Party President KA Paul he does not appear in the court, he would be arrested.
The popular preacher and politician KA Paul’ Praja Shanti Party had fielded its candidates in all 175 Assembly constituencies and 25 Lok Sabha constituencies. All the candidates lost the deposits including KA Paul himself lost in both the Narsapuram Lok Sabha constituency and Bhimavaram Assembly constituency.
