Arun Vijay- actor, playback singer and stunt coordinator, has joined the sets of upcoming action and romantic entertainer Saaho, which is progressing at brisk pace in Abu Dhabi in the direction of Run Raja Run fame Sujeeth Reddy. According to the latest update, currently the makers are canning few high voltage action sequence that also includes adrenaline rushing chase scene. Baahubali star Prabhas is playing the lead role in Saaho. Arun Vijay has shared few pics of Super Bikes and Super Cars which are being used in Saaho on his Twitter and captioned it, “Joined the sets of #SAAHO… #abudhabi #Prabhas”
Recently during the media interaction, Arun Vijay said, “I am not playing negative role on Saaho.” But Arun Vijay did not reveal much about his character.
Arun Vijay is well known face for Tamil audiences and he made his Telugu debut with Bruce Lee starring Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh, where Arun Vijay essayed the role of Deepak Raj. Arun Vijay is playing pivotal role in Saaho, which is being bankrolled by V Vamshi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the banner of UV Creations. Saaho is being made on the whooping budget of Rs 300 crore. Shankar – Ehsaan – Loy are on the board to render the tunes. R Madhi is cranking the camera for Saaho and A Sreekar Prasad editing the film.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor will be seen playing the love interest of Prabhas. Apart from the lead pair, Saaho has other stars like Neil Nithin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi and Jackie Shroff in important roles.
According to Saaho team, the action sequences, which are being shot on the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, will be one of the major highlights. The last film, which was shot in Burj Khalifa, was the 5th part of Fast and Furious series.
Arun Vijay is also busy in his upcoming Tamil movies Thadam and Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, which are in different procution stages.
On the otherside, very soon Prabhas will join the sets of Radha Krishna Menon’s film in which DJ fame Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead role. The regular shoot is expected to commence from July.
