NCB in an affidavit filed before Bombay high court, has said that Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani apparently influenced Prabhakar Sail, a witness in the drug bust case over which Aryan Khan was arrested. We have already reported that NCB officials in Mumbai are grinding Aryan Khan in the drugs case. he has been denied bail thrice and he is still lodged at the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai.
According to NCB officials Shahrukh Khan’ manager, Pooja Dadlani is influencing all the witnesses to speak in favor of Aryan Khan. The NCB also said written reply to the High Court that submitted yesterday, it believed that given Aryan Khan’s influential position, he could try to tamper with the investigation and derail it.
Prabhakar Sail, who is said to have worked as a bodyguard of KP Gosavi, who was seen with drug enforcers in a raid on a cruise ship earlier this month, said in the affidavit that he was forced to sign on blank papers on that night. KP Gosavi, one of the witnesses in the drug case, is on the run and police have issued a lookout notice for him.
Aryan Khan is among twenty people arrested after NCB officers raided a party on a cruise ship on 2nd October.
