Ashok Galla, the nephew of Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu, and the son of a businessman and politician Jayadev Galla is getting ready to make his acting debut in Tollywood with an upcoming flick, which will be helmed by Sriram Adittya. The movie of Ashok Galla has been launched recently with a formal pooja ceremony. The makers also released a poster that hints at the theme of Ashok Galla’s debut. It seems Ashok Galla’s debut has a film backdrop. It is all about the story of a struggling guy who wants to become a hero in the film industry. From his struggles, how this guy (Ashok Galla) gets struck into a crime thing and what happens thereafter forms the rest of the story.

Nidhhi Agerwal, who was last seen in Puri Jagannadh’s directorial venture iSmart Shankar, is on the board to play the female lead and she will share the screen space with Ashok Galla in this upcoming film.

The launch event of Ashok Galla and Nidhhi Agerwal starrer was graced by veteran actor Krishna (Mahesh Babu’s father), Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Baahubali star Rana Daggubati as well. The entire team got blessings from Superstar Krishna and presented the film’s script to him. While Rana Daggubati switched on the camera, Ram Charan gave the first clap for the film.

Superstar Mahesh Babu couldn’t attend the launch event as he is shooting for his upcoming film, Sarileru Neekevvaru in Kochi, which is being directed by Anil Ravipudi of F2 fame.

Ashok Galla’s debut film has Naresh, Satya, and Archana Soundarya in supporting roles. Composer Ghibran has been roped in to compose the tunes for the film. The upcoming untitled film will be bankrolled by Padmavathi Galla under the banner of Amar Raja Media & Entertainment. The regular shoot of the film has been started.
