In a drunken brawl the Bigg Boss Telugu 3 winner Rahul Sipligunj was attacked with beer bottles on Wednesday night. This incident took place at Prism Pub in Gachibowli of Hyderabad. According to the latest update,
Rahul Sipligunj suffered minor injuries on nose and head and was threatened at a private hospital. Later the Bigg Boss 3 winner was discharged.
Rahul Sipligunj informed the police and said that associates of an MLA from Ranga Reddy attacked him with beer bottles as he objected to the misbehavior towards two ladies who came with him to the pub.
According to Rahul Sipligunj, he along with his friends celebrated a party in a pub. At that time some persons in the pub misbehaved with the woman in Rahul Sipligunj’s group. After getting the information, the police rushed to the spot and immediately he was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
The Police said, “On Wednesday night, around 11.45 pm the drunken brawl started. Rahul Sipligunj said that he was beaten on the head with beer bottles by the person with whom he had an argument. He also said that there were two other women, who are TV journalists.”
The police added, Rahul Sipligunj refused to file a police complaint. Police took CCTV camera recordings of the drunken ruckus at the pub and they claimed that they will dig more into the investigation with the help of CCTV footage.
