Varun Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala have worked together for the movies Dishoom and Judwaa 2. Now once again both are working together for third venture titled Sanki. Parineeti Chopra is being considered for the role opposite Varun Dhawan. Sanki is an official remake of a South action thriller drama.
A source close to Sajid Nadiadwala revealed that the film maker Sajid Nadiadwala had bought the official rights to the Tamil thriller Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru and Varun Dhawan starrer Sanki is a remake of the same film. The makers are adapting screenplay to suit the pan India platform. Now according to the latest report, the Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan will be seen playing the role of handicap cop in Sanki.
The sources say that upcoming Hindi film Sanaki is a thriller drama, win which Varun Dhawan is playing a cop who loses his leg during one of the investigations. It’s challenging for Varun because he is essaying a character battling a physical handicap for the first time in his career.
The movie Sanki will go on the floor by the end of this year after Varun Dhawan wraps work on Bhediya and Jug Jugg Jeeyo. He will wrap up most of the shoot of his movie Sanki before he moves on to Sriram Raghavan’ movie Ekkis.
