KS Ravikumar is directing Nandamuri Balakrishna in the upcoming film Ruler and the shooting of this film is under progress for quite some time now. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Balakrishna is playing the dual roles in this upcoming action entertainer. Recently, the first look of Balakrishna was unveiled online and we got to see him sporting a very stylish look. Sonal Chauhan and Vedhika have been roped in to play the female leads in this flick Ruler. Bhumika Chawla will play an important role. The pre-release business of Ruler has also been started. According to the latest reports, the Ceeded rights of Balakrishna starrer Ruler have been sold for Rs 5.5 cr.
The story of Balakrishna and Sonal Chauhan starrer Ruler is penned by Paruchuri Murali. Chirantan Bhatt is scoring the music and Ram Prasad is handling the cinematography. Ruler is being directed by KS Ravikumar and is produced by C Kalyan under the banner of Happy Movies. Nandamuri Balakrishna and KS Ravi Kumar are coming together after the massive success of Jai Simha.
Ceeded is a risky area. Interestingly, none of the recent biggies has reached even break-even in Ceeded area. Prabhas starrer Saaho and Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi are considered to be colossal disappointments in the area. Now we have to wait and see whether Balakrishna starrer Ruler turns out a profitable venture for the distributors in the Ceeded area.
Meanwhile, Balakrishna has already finalized his next film. After wrapping up the shoot of Ruler, the actor will start the shoot of his next upcoming flick, which will be directed by Boyapati Srinu, who is popular for delivering mass masala movies. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt might be roped in to play the role of villain in NBK 106.
Ruler will hit the theaters on 20th December Worldwide in a very grand manner.
