Nandamuri Balakrishna is best known for delivering mass masala movies and his previous offering Akhande, where he essayed the role of Aghora, helmed by Boyapati Srinu, was a blockbuster at the box office. A single hit takes up his remuneration to new heights.
Balakrishna used to bag Rs 8-10 Cr before Akhanda. But now according to the latest report, he has hiked his remuneration. It is known that Balayya is currently working with Gopichand Malineni which is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. The sources say that initially the producers decided to pay Rs 10 Cr to Balakrishna but now they are ready to pay the actor around Rs 10 Cr to play the lead role.
We have already reported that Balakrishna has also teamed up with Anil Ravipudi for which he may get around Rs 15 Cr as salary.
Anil Ravipudi is considered as the successful Telugu director without a single failure. The yet to be titled project marks Balakrishna’s first collaboration with Anil Ravipudi. A source hints that the upcoming movie will be an actioner. It looks like Balayya is set to play a never-seen-before role onscreen. If reports are to be believed, the upcoming film will go on floors this September.
