Recently during the media interaction, the actress opened up about the casting couch. She said, “People have been talking about casting couch a lot. But I just feel that they talk more about us because we are under the scanner and limelight. I have been the part of several movies and I have never, ever come across a single person who has tried to act funny with me. “
She further said, “There is so much going on in the country and when we have to deal with serious issues like rape. Topics like casting couch ‘Bed sharing’ are discussed and debated more because there is more masala there. One cannot do anything about it and it is a male dominated world. In India, we find something interesting and we start talking about it for six months and then we forget about it. ”
