It is known news that Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas is all set to make his debut in Hindi film Industry with an upcoming Hindi film, which is a remake of Telugu blockbuster movie Chatrapathi. At the same location of Sukumar’ magnum opus Rangasthalam, the team of Chatrapathi remake erected the village sets under the supervision of art director Sunil Babu.

The sources say that the producer of Chatrapathi remake spent a whooping Rs 3 Cr for the village sets which was erected in 6 acre land in Hyderabad. But the massive sets have been damaged due to the heavy rain in Hyderabad and now the makers are facing the loss of RS 3 Cr.

VV Vinayak, who is known for films such as Tagore, Khaidi No. 150, and Aadi,  is on the board to helm the remake of Bellamkonda starrer. The shoot of the remake got delayed due to the second wave of the Coronavirus and lockdown.  Chatrapathi remake is being bankrolled  by Jayantilal Gada’s  Pen Studios.

Chatrapathi is all about the story of a young man who is in search of his mother and brother, from whom he separated long back.  The action drama featured Prabhas, Shriya Saran, Venu Madhav, Pradeep Rawat and Bhanu Priya.
