Speaking of BookMyShow, it has managed to surpass the mammoth-like Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. As per BookMyShow’s – Best of 2022- report, on release day , Yash and Srinidhi Shetty starrer KGF Chapter 2 managed to sell 2.14 million tickets. The movie sold 34 % of overall tickets in the weekends of 2022, beating, Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, to emerge as the best selling movie on the platform, with 17.7 million tickets sold.

According to BookMyShow, KGF: Chapter 2 also topped the charts for the highest number of advance bookings, and surpassed RRR, PS I, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and oddly enough, Idris Elba-led Beast.
