Akkineni Nagarjuna has wrapped up the shoot of upcoming investigative thriller drama Wild Dog, and is currently busy in the promotional activities. Yesterday megastar Chiranjeevi unveiled the trailer of Wild Dog which received positive response by the movie lovers. During the press meet of Wild Dog, Nagarajuna announced that his next movie Bangarraju will go on the floor in the month of July and will hit the theaters on the occasion of Sankranthi 2022. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Bangarraju approached Bhumika Chawala to play the crucial role in Nagarjuna starrer, which will be helmed by Kalyan Krishna.
Apparently, Bhumika Chawla’ role will be on the lines of Neelambari character in Kollywood superstar Rajnikanth, Ramya Krishna’s Narasimha. Bhumika Chawla will be seen in a negative role.
Bangarraju is a prequel to ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’. Manmadhudu star Nagarjuna played the role of Bangarraju in this movie. It is being heard that some A list actors are also going to be part of this drama. While King Nagarjuna reprises the titular role from the prequel, Ramya Krishna will be seen as Bangarraju’s wife Satyabhama.
On the otherside, Nagarjuna is busy with Brahmastra in Bollywood and he also has a yet-to-be-titled project with Dhanush in Tamil.
