Billion Dollars thief enjoying watching Cricket MatchesVijay Mallya – the Billion Dollars thief,  was spotted enjoying the Cricket matches recently in London. He was seen entering the Oval in London’s Kennington on the third day of India-England Test match recently.  The news agency tweeted a video showing  Vijay Mallya entering Oval in London.  The fifth test match between India and England is being played at the cricket ground.

Coming on the video, the liquor baron and Kingfisher Airlines owner Vijay Mallya is getting out of the car and walking  through the gates at The Oval with India taking on England in the fifth and final Test. After going through the gates, the Billion Dollars thief hands over the ticket to enter the stadium before showing a thumbs up to the camera and going off for the security check.

 It is known news that Vijay Mallya has been charged for fraud and money laundering amounting to Rs 9,000 Cr.

While leaving the stadium, Vijay Mallya was asked by a journalist  as to when he will go back to India.  Vijay Mallya replied, “The judge will decide.” When he was pressed for more answers, he said, “I am not giving any media interview at a cricket game.”

This is not the first time  when Vijay Mallya has attended a cricket match in England. Last year, he had  also watched  India games during the Champions Trophy while seated in the VIP section. In June he resigned as director of F1 team Force India to focus on his extradition case.

Vijay Mallya is wanted for defrauding Rs 9,000 Cr from Indian banks. The liquor baron is currently contesting money laundering charges in London after Indian authorities initiated extradition proceedings to bring him back to India.

The Billion Dollars thief Vijay Mallya is active on his Twitter and regularly shares posts regarding his interests such as Kingfisher, cricket and others. The shameless Vijay Mallya tries to indicate that his life is as usual in London, even as Indian authorities continued to fight for his extradition with the UK government.
