Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor‘ Amazon Prime Video show Crash Course was released on Friday. While Annu Kapoor was promoting the show, one journalist asked him about Aamir Khan’s upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. But the actor reply left everyone in shock, as the veteran actor asked, “I don’t know who is Aamir Khan.”
Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Laal Singh Chaddha has become the eye of the storm, especially after people demand a boycott of the movie in the wake of the actor’s old statements. Amid this, Annu Kapoor’ statement has given shock to many. When asked about the film, he said, “What is that… Who is he? I don’t want movies.” Later the actor’ manager intervenes and says, “No comments,” Annu replies, ” It’s not about ‘no comments’. I don’t watch the movies, be it mine or of others. I honestly don’t even know who he (Aamir Khan) is, then how can I tell you anything about him).”
Helmed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha is an official Hindi remake of Robert Zemeckis’ Oscar Award-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump, which had Hollywood star Tom Hanks in the titular role.
Laal Singh Chaddha marks Naga Chaitanya’ debut in Bollywood.
