NCB- The Narcotics Control Bureau in its draft charges filed in the drug case linked to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has claimed Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty received multiple deliveries of ganja from Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant and others, including her brother Showik Chakraborty, and these were handed over to the actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The anti-drug crackdown agency had filed the draft charges last month in the special NCB court against 35 accused in the drug case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’ death, the details of which were revealed on Tuesday.
The anti drug crackdown agency said that all the accused entered into the criminal conspiracy between March 2020 and December with each other or in groups to procure, purchase, sell and distribute drugs in the high society and the Bollywood.
It is known that Rhea Chakraborty was arrested in the case in September 2020 and was granted bail by the Bombay High Court a month later. Besides Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty and several others are also arraigned as accused in the case, with most of them currently out on bail.
The Narcotics Control Bureau started its probe into alleged drug use in the film and television industry following the death of Rajput on 14th June 2020.
