Many actresses from various parts of India started their acting career with Bollywood movies. Later, they forayed into Tollywood. Several of them like Ameesha Patel, Sonali Bendre, Bipasha Basu, Yami Gautam and Katrina Kaif left Tollywood after starring in a few movies. A few actresses like Kajal Aggarwal, Tamanna Bhatia, who struck gold with their debut films, have made Hyderabad as their base and continued to work in Tollywood.
Bollywood beauties are being approached by Telugu makers, in a bid to focus on the Hindi market. It is known that Alia Bhatt recently made her debut in Tollywood wit RRR. Kiara Advani has also acted in Bharat Ane Nenu and Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Currently she is working with Ram Charan in RC15 under the direction of Shankar.
The sources say that the few Telugu stars are willing to approach Disha Patani, Kriti Sanon and Taapsee Pannu to play the leading lady roles but they are demanding over Rs 5 Cr to act in Telugu drama.
Nowadays the Telugu films are also releasing in Hindi as well as Tamil and Kannada . The Bollywood actresses are saying that when a producer is earning the huge amount of money, why don’t they pay the remuneration in Bollywood range.
