Shruti Haasan is playing the heroine opposite Baahubali and Saaho fame Prabhas in the movie ‘Salaar – Part 1: Ceasefire’, which is being helmed by Prashanth Neel. Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is essaying the villain. The movie also starring Ishwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Tinnu Anand, Jagapathi Babu, Ramachandra Raju and others in important roles.
Salaar is being made on the lavish budget of Rs 200 crore and Prabhas playing the role of a gangster, the film has garnered significant attention. There is also news of a sequel in the works, with Jagapathi Babu’s character appearing prominently in the 2nd part.
