A shocking incident took place in Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh on Monday morning. A luxury bus going from Vijayawada to Guntur met with an accident at Nehru bus stand.
The bus hit the platform at the bus stand. Three people died in this incident. RTC bus belonging to Autonagar depot should go to Guntur. The AC bus which left from Autonagar depot in the morning came directly to Nehru bus stand. The driver tried to stop near Guntur platform. But as the brake failed, the bus suddenly hit the platform. Outsourcing conductor, a female passenger and another person died in this incident.
Depot RM says that the reason for the accident was that the driver put first gear instead of reverse gear. In this accident, the conductor, a female passenger and two and a half year old boy died. The bus ran over the passengers. More details about this are to be known.
One of the deceased was identified as a conductor by name Veeraiah.
