We are talking about Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn who played the role of Ram Charan’ father in SS Rajamouli magnum opus RRR. Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Thank God’ has run into trouble. A case has been filed against director Indra Kumar, actors Ajay Devgn and Siddhartha Malhotra, in a Jaunpur court by lawyer Himanshu Srivastava. The petitioner’s statement will be recorded on 18th November.
According to the petitioner, The movie Thank You trailer which has been released, mocks at religion and has hurt religious sentiments. The case is filed for making objectionable comments mocking Chitargupta Maharaj in the trailer of ‘Thank God’. A case of hurting religious sentiments and other sections has been registered in the court of First Monika Mishra. The court has fixed 18th November as the date for recording the statement of the complainant lawyer Himanshu Srivastava in this case.
Himanshu Srivastava alleged that the trailer, Ajay Devgn is seen in modern attire as Lord Chitargupta. Ajay Devgan is calling himself Lord Chitragupta using crude jokes and offensive words. Lord Chitargupta is presented using foul language. According to the Puranas, Lord Chitragupta is regarded as the Lord of Karma and keeps a record of a man’s good and bad deeds.
