The grand gala, Miss South India 2022 was held in Kochi at Le Meridien yesterday. Twenty female youngsters from all five South Indian states have participated in the show. Dr Arjit Ravi, who is the chairman of Pegasus has also graced the event.
Among the twenty beauties, Charishma Krishna won the prestigious crwon Miss South India 2022 in the Amrut Veni and Manappuram presents Miss South India 2022 beauty contest. While the first runner-up and the second runner-up positions were owned by Debnita Kaur and Samruddi Shetty respectively.
Charishma received a DQUE gift prize of Rs 1,00,000, while the first and second runners-up have received Rs 60,000 and Rs 40,000 individually. Charishma’s father’s name is Hari Krishna.
She is a student of Andhra University and she belongs to Fine Arts department. She received a well-built training in acting, horse riding and swimming. Additionally, she is also a classical dancer and performed many times on stage in her career so far.
