Charmme Kaur entered into the film industry in 2002 with the movie Nee Thodu Kavali at the age of 15. She turned producer and bankrolled ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ in 2015, later she co-produced Ishan & Mannara Chopra starrer Rogue and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Paisa Vasool. All the three movies were helmed by Puri Jagannadh.
Charmee is producer and co-producer of ‘Puri Connects’ a production house along with media related events and marketing and designing and talent management company. Currently she is busy in production work of ‘Mehbooba’ starring Akash Puri. Now a video in going viral on the social media, in which Puri Team is seen partying hard. In the footage, Puri Jagannadh, Charmee Kaur and Akash Puri were seen shaking leg with a close knit group.
Mehbooba, an intense love story set against the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan war. Mangalore-based Neha Shetty is playing the female lead and Sandeep Chowta is composing the music.
