Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently in Ooty for his upcoming project Godfather, which is a remake of Malayalam drama Lucifer that was directed by Prithviraj. The film went on to become the biggest hit of the industry and it was deemed to become a perfect remake that will suit the Telugu movie lovers. It is a political thriller drama which is helmed by Mohan Raja and is produced by RB Choudary in association with NV Prasad with Mega Power Star Ram Charan. In Godfather, Chiranjeevi is playing the titular role. Today Megastar Chiranjeevi started the shoot of Godfather in ooty.
On 21st August, the makers released the motion poster that showed a dapper Chiranjeevi’s silhouette. His back was turned towards the camera as he peered over his shoulder. He was seen wearing an overcoat and clutching what looked like an old timey shotgun.
The reports are coming that Nayanthara and Sathyadev are playing the crucial roles in this political thriller drama. SS Thaman is on the board to render the tune and Nirav Shah is handling the cinematography.
Meanwhile Chiranjeevi is also working for Acharya under the direction of Koratala Siva, which is on the verge of completion and it has Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady.
