Varun Tej starrer Operation Valentine is all set to hit the theatres on March 1, 2024, and the promotions are in full swing. The pre-release event of Operation Valentine was held yesterday in a very grand manner and megastar Chiranjeevi attended the event as chief guest. On this occasion, Megastar spoke at length about Operation Valentine and why youth should watch this film of Varun Tej at any cost.
Chiranjeevi said, “Operation Valentine is about the Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF soldiers were martyred. The upcoming drama is about the retaliation done by our Indian Air Force as a tribute to those soldiers. I asked Varun if they commercialized this film by adding a romantic angle, but then I learned it is named Operation Valentine as the Pulwama attack happened on 14th February. Director Shakti Pratap did immense research for this film, and he met so many Indian Air Force officers to get authorized information. It was shot in 75 days and within a reasonable budget.”
Chiranjeevi concluded it by saying, “I am happy Varun Tej is not following me. Varun is trying different genres. Operation Valentine is the first Telugu movie in the aerial action genre.”
