Megastar Chiranjeevi has teamed up with Bimbisara director Mallidi Vassishta for an upcoming fantasy adventure, tentatively titled Mega 157, which will be bankrolled by V Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati, and Vikram Reddy under the successful banner of UV Creations . The upcoming drama Mega 157 is touted as Chiranjeevi’s most expensive film till date. Touted to be a fantasy entertainer, it is being said that the actor will be seen spreading his charm again on the big screen in such a genre.
Recently during the media interaction director Mallidi Vassishta revealed, “Mega157 is a fantasy drama in which Chiranjeevi will be seen in an Age Appropriate role. Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari appealed to children of 90s. I want today’s children to see megastar Chiranjeevi in that Zone.”
Chiranjeevi was last seen in the film Bholaa Shankar, which was helmed by Meher Ramesh. It also starred national award Keerthy Suresh and milky siren Tamannah Bhatia in pivotal roles.
