Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently basking in the glory of his recently released political drama Godfather which was released on the occasion of dusshera and received the positive response by the movie lovers. The movie helmed by Mohan Raja is doing fantastic collections at the box office. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to act in another Telugu film, which is a remake of Malayalam drama.
The grapevine is that Mega Powerstar Ram Charan acquired the remake rights of Bheeshma Parvam, a super hit movie starring Mammootty in the lead role.
It is a gangster drama centered around a joint family with Mammootty playing the patriarch. After the release, the movie emerged as a huge success at the box office. An official announcement regarding the Telugu version of this actioner is expected to be made soon.
Incidentally, ‘Godfather’ is also a remake of the 2019 superhit Malayalam movie Lucifer that had Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal playing the lead role.
Directed by Mohan Raja, the film Godfather also stars lady superstar Nayanthara, Satyadev, Samuthirakani, and Puri Jagannadh. Salman Khan is also the part of this film of Chiru and he plays a cameo.
On the otherside, Chiranjeevi will also be seen playing the lead role in Bhola Shankar.
