Dhanush Summoned by Madras High Court in Paternity Case: It is known that an elderly couple had filed a petition in the magistrate’s court in Melur in Madurai district in Tamil Nadu and claimed that Tamil star Dhanush was their son and that he ran away when he was studying in class 11. Now according to the latest report, Madras High Court has summoned Dhanush in a paternity case filed by the elderly couple – Kathiresan and his wife Meenakshi ,who claimed that Maari star is their third son who had run away from home to enter the film industry, and also sought maintenance of Rs 65,000 from him. The paternity case has been going on for years.
Kathiresan and his wife Meenakshi are saying that Ranjhaana actor Dhanush is their son. Kathiresan moved the court and claimed that Dhanush had submitted forged documents of the paternity test and he sought a police inquiry. Not only this Kathiresan, who claims to be his original father has also filed an appeal asking the court to quash the order which was passed in the year 2020, dismissing the case. Back then, the court had said that there were no supporting documents to prove that paternity documents were forged.
In past, the couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi had even submitted Dhanush’s birth certificate, class 10 certificate and physical identification proof. On the otherside, Dhanush was examined by Madurai Medical College to check if the identification marks matched but the actor refused the DNA test.
