Corona/ Covid-19 is striking again in India. The number of cases has been increasing for a few days. The Union Health Ministry announced this morning that 6,050 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
Our Country India has logged 6,050 fresh coronavirus/ Covid-19 cases, the highest in 203 days, while the active cases have increased to 28,303.
Corona cases in the country have increased by 13 percent compared to yesterday. According to the Ministry of Health statistics, 14 more deaths have been reported due to the virus. With that, the total number of deaths reached 5,30,943. The daily positivity rate was 3.39 % while the weekly positivity rate was 3.02 %, the ministry said.
The center has become alert in the wake of the spread of corona cases. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will hold a high-level meeting with Health Ministers of States and Union Territories today to review the Covid situation. The Center regularly issues guidelines to states and Union Territories on the spread of Corona. Prime Minister Modi conducted a review on this with all the states. Today, Health Minister Mandaviya will hold a review meeting with the Health Ministers of all the states,” said Minister of State Dr Bharti Praveen Pawar.
